Easter by the Baltic Sea – a peaceful time in Kołobrzeg

14.04.2025

Kołobrzeg is slowly waking up after winter. You can already feel spring in the air, the days are getting longer, and the first rays of sunshine are peeking through the windows more and more often. In such a scenery, Easter is coming – a holiday that has long been associated with family, a break from everyday life, and a moment to stop. For many of our guests, this time becomes an excuse to visit Kołobrzeg and feel its unique atmosphere – a bit quieter than in summer, but equally beautiful and soothing.

At Hotel New Skanpol, preparations for the holiday have been underway for several days. Spring decorations appear in the lobby, the Sublima restaurant is refining the holiday menu, and the Aqua Center area is waiting to relax those who need a moment just for themselves before Easter. This is a special time for us – because it is then that Kołobrzeg reveals its other, more intimate face. Without crowds, without haste, with space for rest, a walk, a conversation.

Guests who spend Easter with us often say that it is here they can truly breathe. Far from kitchen duties and pre-holiday madness, they can simply be – with each other, with their loved ones, in harmony with the surroundings. It doesn’t take much – just a walk by the sea, a cup of coffee with a view of the city, a good book, and time flowing quietly.

Although our Easter offer this year is fully booked, this time also reminds us that Kołobrzeg is worth visiting not only in summer. Spring by the Baltic has its charm – subtle, subdued, and therefore incredibly valuable. And it is precisely such moments that we want to celebrate together with our guests – not only on occasions.

For those who already have their plans for this year's Easter, we have just one suggestion – maybe next year it’s worth seeing what celebrating by the sea looks like? From experience, we know that those who try it once often return. To Kołobrzeg. To us. To themselves.
