Our philosophy is to prepare food with fresh products from trusted suppliers, according to the principles of the culinary art but based on our own unique concept. Our chefs are constantly on the lookout for well-composed flavor combinations, according to the best-suited culinary techniques. Their craftsmanship and passion for cooking translates directly onto the plates. In addition, all side dishes, from bread and butter to pastes, sauces and desserts, are prepared from scratch on site.

Chef

Andrzej Jakomulski, a lover of French cuisine, international fusion cuisine and Old Polish cuisine, is responsible for the taste experiences of our guests. He learned cooking under the watchful eye of masters from Austria, Thailand and the United States. He began his professional career at the four-star Amber Baltic Hotel in Międzyzdroje. In the following years of his professional activity, he worked at the Klimczok Hotel in Szczyrk. His skills were noticed by a wider audience when he took over as chef at Villa Sedan in Sopot. His dedication, great sense of taste and innovative recipes have made him one of the best recognized Chefs of Pomerania.

West Coast Chefs

He continued his career at the Leda Hotel in Kolobrzeg, where it didn't take long to see the results. La Maison Restaurant has been included in the European Culinary Heritage Network, and in the long run Andrzej Jakomulski and the restaurant he runs have been recommended by Slow Food Poland. In 2018, the restaurant received yet another prestigious award, the "Culinary Hermes" of Restaurant Guide. In the same year, the group Chefs of the West Coast was founded, bringing together outstanding chefs and pastry chefs in the West Pomeranian region, of which Andrzej Jakomulski is a co-founder.

Now he is passing his passion and experience to our permanent team, and under his watchful eye they surprise our guests with a wonderful taste experience.
