On November 22, 2025, at the Sublima Restaurant, an evening took place that will long remain in our memory - the 3rd Tasting Dinner. Atmospheric lights, the sound of good music, and seven signature dishes prepared by six outstanding Chefs created an atmosphere that cannot be expressed in words. The evening was enhanced by a live performance by Joanna Czajkowska and Sylwester Ostrowski with the band.

Dishes

That day, the culinary helm was taken by:
Andrzej Jakomulski, Mariusz Siwak, Paweł Kaczyński, Jacek Krakowiak, Dariusz Kontak, and Przemysław Góral. Each of them introduced a piece of their personality, style, and culinary philosophy into the menu. Thanks to this, a composition of dishes was created that delighted not only with taste but also with appearance.

Guests began the dinner with two refined appetizers, then immersed themselves in the aromas of autumn Jerusalem artichoke soup. The main part featured two main courses: one fish dish and one meat dish. The evening was crowned with sweet compositions: a nut dessert and handmade pralines.

Wines

The wine pairing was handled by sommelier Dominik Węsierski, who matched a wine to each dish, highlighting its character. Thanks to this, each bite gained a new dimension. Among others, two wines from the Polish vineyard, Winnica Turnau, were served.

Music

After the dinner, guests moved into the world of music. Joanna Czajkowska and Sylwester Ostrowski with the band performed a concert that became the perfect conclusion of the entire event. Their emotional performance added a unique character to the evening and allowed it to close in an atmosphere of excellent mood.

An atmosphere that cannot be replicated

Sublima Restaurant once again proved that it can create unique events. Perfect service, refined setting, and hospitality made everyone feel part of an exceptional culinary spectacle.
